Our Number Archive on makelar is a searchable database of historical game results, tournament outcomes, and payout records across our slot portfolio and live-dealer tables. We maintain this archive so users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang can verify past performance, track settlement details, and understand game patterns over time without re-entering account data manually.

The Number Archive serves players who deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or regional banks (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). All transaction records and game sessions—whether you played Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, or Mahjong Ways—are logged and retrievable through the archive interface. This feature is separate from our Free Play mode and real-money tournaments; it exists solely for record verification and transparency.

What the makelar Number Archive Contains

The Number Archive aggregates every game session, tournament result, and financial transaction linked to your makelar account. We organize this data chronologically and by category so you can locate specific records quickly. Game sessions include date, time, game title, session outcome, and net balance change. Tournament records show your final leaderboard rank, prize allocation, and settlement status.

Our platform retains Number Archive data for a rolling 12-month period in active storage. Records older than 12 months are moved to archived storage but remain accessible by request through our support team. We do not delete records unless you request full account closure; even then, we retain transaction data for a further period as required by Indonesian financial regulations and for dispute resolution purposes.

Number Archive interface on makelar
Number Archive overview — 3 min
Access your complete game and transaction history through the makelar Number Archive. Filter by date, game type, or transaction status to find specific records.

The Number Archive interface is divided into four main sections: Game Sessions (all slot and live-dealer play), Tournament Results (final scores and prize details), Transaction History (deposits and withdrawals with payment method), and Account Statements (monthly summaries). Each section is sortable by date, amount, status, or game title. You can also export records as PDF or CSV files for external record-keeping.

Note: Number Archive data updates in near-real-time. Game sessions appear within one minute of completion; tournament results finalize within one hour of tournament closure. Withdrawal transactions show their current status: pending, processing, completed, or cancelled.

Using the Number Archive on makelar

To access the Number Archive, log into your makelar account and navigate to Account Settings → Number Archive. You will see a dashboard with multiple filter and search options. Select your preferred date range (last 7 days, last month, last 3 months, or a custom date span), then choose a category: Game Sessions, Tournaments, Transactions, or All Records.

Once you apply your filters, makelar displays matching records in a sortable table. Each row shows the date and time (in Jakarta time, UTC+7), record type (e.g., "Aviator session" or "DANA withdrawal"), amount, current status, and a details link. Click the details link to view the full record, including settlement information, payment provider transaction IDs, any notes from our support team, or dispute comments if applicable.

Game Session Records in the Archive

In the Game Sessions section of the Number Archive, makelar lists every slot tournament entry, Free Play session, and live-dealer table visit. For each record, you see the game name (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, or Mahjong Ways), session start and end time, your final score or hand outcome, and the net balance change (gain or loss).

If you played during a scheduled tournament—such as a Liga 1 season tournament or a special event around Idul Fitri or Imlek—the tournament name and your final leaderboard rank are displayed. We do not show individual spin results or hand-by-hand detail; that granularity is only available during your active game session. The Number Archive focuses on session summaries and settlement confirmation so you can reconcile your account balance.

Session timestamp
Recorded in Jakarta time (UTC+7). If you are in Medan or Semarang, adjust accordingly for your local reference.
Session balance
Shows your account balance immediately before and after the session. Verify these match your expected activity.
Dispute eligibility
You can dispute a game result within 30 days via the Number Archive. After 30 days, disputes require direct support escalation.

Transaction and Payment Records

The Transaction History section in the Number Archive shows all deposits and withdrawals connected to your makelar account. Each record includes the payment method (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or bank transfer), the amount, timestamp, and current status. Deposits show "completed" once funds arrive in your makelar wallet. Withdrawals show "pending," "processing," or "completed" depending on their stage with the payment provider.

If a withdrawal appears to be delayed—showing "processing" longer than the typical one to two business days for bank transfers or a few hours for mobile wallets—you can select the record and initiate a support request without leaving the Number Archive. Our team will contact your payment provider, check for any processing errors, and either expedite the transaction or initiate a refund to your makelar account if the payment fails at the provider end.

Monthly Account Statements and Exports

makelar generates a comprehensive Account Statement for each calendar month. The statement summarizes all deposits, withdrawals, game sessions, and your net account balance change from the first to the last day of the month. You can view this statement in-app or export it as a PDF or CSV file for personal record-keeping, accounting purposes, or regulatory compliance.

Monthly statements are finalized within 24 hours of month-end and remain accessible indefinitely through the Number Archive. We recommend downloading statements around Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, Nyepi, or other personal finance review periods. Statements serve as official proof of your account activity and can be submitted as evidence in dispute resolution or account-recovery scenarios.

Tips for Managing Your Number Archive Records

Use the Number Archive to verify your account balance regularly. Compare your current balance (visible in Account Settings) against the final balance shown in your most recent Number Archive record. They should always match. If they differ, contact our support team immediately—this may indicate a system error or unauthorized activity requiring investigation.
